PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoacoustic spectroscopic method and a photoacoustic spectroscopic device capable of measuring a density distribution of the depth of an electron trap simply and highly accurately with a small amount of sample.SOLUTION: In a photoacoustic spectroscopic method, a sample 3 is irradiated with continuous light 1 whose wavelength is changed continuously from the long wavelength side to the short wavelength side of each wavelength of near infrared light, visible light and ultraviolet light, and intermittent light 2 having a fixed wavelength, under an atmosphere 4 in which an electron donor exists, to thereby detect a photoacoustic signal from the sample 3. |
