PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of preventing the completion of freezing of a food product.SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes: a storage room for storing a cooled object; cooling means for supplying cool air to the storage room; and control means for controlling the cooling means, and repeatedly implementing a first step of lowering a temperature in the storage room to a first temperature lower than a freezing point of the cooled object during a first time, and a second step of raising a temperature in the storage room to a second temperature higher than a freezing point of the cooled object during a second time. A time integration value of a difference between a freezing point and a temperature in the storage room while a temperature in the storage room is lower than a freezing point of the cooled object and a temperature of the cooled object is constant at a freezing point is equal to a time integration value of a difference between a freezing point and a temperature in the storage room while a temperature in the storage room is higher than a freezing point of the cooled object and a temperature of the cooled object is constant at a freezing point. |
