摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system for managing charge or discharge power in a power storage device owned by each of a plurality of homes, in an integral and optimal manner.SOLUTION: A power management system 10 includes a power management device 18 as a control device. The power management device 18 includes a control unit 18a, a power demand prediction unit 18b, a photovoltaic power generation prediction unit 18c and a vehicle drive use prediction unit 18d. The unit 18a reads in consumption prediction data from the unit 18b, power generation amount prediction data from the unit 18c and vehicle use prediction data from the unit 18d. The unit 18a calculates an optimum solution from each data, using a mixed integer programming problem. The unit 18a integrally manages charge or discharge power of an installation type power storage device 15 of an overall collective housing A and the on-vehicle power storage device 17, according to the calculated charging schedule of the optimal solution (charge/discharge optimal planning).
