PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin type magnetism suppression sheet having high absorption performance of the electromagnetic wave noise and being easily manufactured and also to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A magnetism suppression sheet 1 includes: an insulative support film 10; a metal foil 11 formed on one main surface of the support film 10 by electroless plating; and a magnetic film 12 which is formed on one main surface of the metal foil 11 by coating resin paste containing magnetic metal powder thereon. The magnetism suppression sheet 1 is installed, directing the magnetic film 12 side toward the noise generating source side.
