According to the present invention, a vacuum system for manufacturing a vacuum insulation material forms a main vacuum tank internal space where an insulation material covered with an outer cover is formed in a vacuum state using a vacuum pump, and then manufactures the vacuum insulation material by sealing an opening portion of the outer skin which covers the insulation material in a thermosetting method. A first pipe is installed in the main vacuum tank, and a second pipe is installed in the vacuum pump. A third pipe is installed in an auxiliary vacuum tank, and a valve, which interrupts the first, second, and third pipes, is installed between the first, second, and third pipes. When the insulation material, which covers the outer cover, is entered into the main vacuum tank, the second pipe and the third pipe are open by the valve, so the inside of the auxiliary vacuum tank is formed in a vacuum state by the vacuum pump. After the insulation material which covers the outer cover is arranged inside the main vacuum tank, the first and third pipes are opened by the valve in an initial stage of discharging the air inside the main vacuum tank to the vacuum pump, and the air inside the main vacuum tank is sucked into the auxiliary vacuum tank. Accordingly, since the first and third pipes are open by the valve in the initial stage of discharging the air inside the main vacuum tank to the vacuum pump after the insulation material which covers the outer cover is arranged inside the main vacuum tank, so the air inside the main vacuum tank is sucked into the auxiliary vacuum tank, and the degree of a vacuum inside the main vacuum tank can be quickly increased. The vacuum system of the present invention can quickly increase the degree of a vacuum inside the main vacuum tank before sealing the vacuum insulation material inside the main vacuum tank with the outer cover. |
