An array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The display device comprises: a pixel electrode (8), the pixel electrode (8) comprising a display region part (a) and a non-display region part (b); a first electrode (6) formed in the non-display region part (b) of the pixel electrode (8); a passivation layer (9) formed on the pixel electrode (8) and the first electrode (6), the passivation layer (9) comprising a via hole (11) located above the first electrode (6); and an active layer (4) and a second electrode (7) which are formed on the passivation layer (9), the active layer (4) being connected to the first electrode (6) through the via hole (11) of the passivation layer (9). The array substrate and manufacturing method therefor reduce manufacturing costs, reduce the corrosion of electrode materials and increase the quality of an array substrate.
