PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of effectively excluding only image data not intended by a photographer.SOLUTION: A digital camera 100 as the image processing system comprises a region splitter 116 and an image composition unit 117. The region splitter 116 splits image data into plural regions and the image composition unit 117 composes a region other than a night sky and a region of the night sky split from the image data by the region splitter 116 by comparatively bright composition or comparatively dark composition.
