The present invention provides an Ras activity inhibitor which is safe and effective for therapy for cancer, RAS/MAPK syndrome and the like. Specifically provided is an Ras activity inhibitor which contains a compound represented by formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, solvate or prodrug of the compound.
