PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of a sleeve while restricting an increase in an amount of resin in a lid member.SOLUTION: A lead storage battery comprises: a battery box 20 divided in a plurality of cell chambers 25 by a battery-box-side partition 23; and a lid member 50 sealing the opening of the battery box 20. The lid member 50 includes: a lid-side partition 63 joined to the battery-box-side partition 23; a positioning plate 75 positioning the battery-box-side partition 23 and the lid-side partition 63; a plurality of liquid injection holes 65 for injecting an electrolytic solution into the cell chambers 25; and a plurality of sleeves 70 provided along the edges of the liquid injection holes 65 and extending toward the battery box. At least some of the sleeves 70 connect to the lid-side partition 63 via the positioning plate 75. |
