PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger plate manufacturing method capable of reducing a working trouble and reducing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger plate manufacturing method comprises: an insertion step of inserting a heat medium pipe 3 into a recess groove 10 opened in the side of the surface 2a of a base member 2; and a friction agitation step for performing friction agitation by moving a rotary tool G relatively against both side walls 10b, 10c of the recess groove 10, respectively, to perform friction agitation. The heat exchanger plate manufacturing method is characterized in that, at the friction agitation step, a plastic flow material fluidized by a friction heat is fed into a space part X formed by the heat medium pipe 3 and the recess groove 10 while the heat medium pipe 3 is exposed. |
