PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance image sensor by which influences of a crosstalk of charge on distance measurement are made similar between neighboring distance sensors even in the case where the crosstalk of charge is generated between the distance sensors neighboring to each other in a one-dimensional direction.SOLUTION: Among three distance sensors P, Pand Pwhich are arranged continuously in the one-dimensional direction, between the distance sensor Pthat is positioned in the center among the three distance sensors and the distance sensor Pthat is positioned closer to one side in the one-dimensional direction than the distance sensor P, first signal charge storage regions FD1 are neighboring to each other in the one-dimensional direction and between the distance sensor Pthat is positioned in the center among the three distance sensors and the distance sensor Pthat is positioned closer to another side in the one dimensional direction than the distance sensor P, the first signal charge storage region FD1 and a second signal charge storage region FD2 are neighboring to each other in the one-dimensional direction. |
