A wipes dispenser for storing personal care products configured to be refillable via an elongate primary opening with a resealable closure. The dispenser allows access to individual wipes via a secondary opening. The secondary opening is provided with a second resealable closure. The dispenser is generally flexible to allow it to adapt to the height of a stack of wipes disposed therein. |
