PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler for liquid chromatography, capable of simply separating amino acid in a short time; a column for liquid chromatography, charged with the filler and for amino acid analysis; and a liquid chromatography apparatus using the column.SOLUTION: A filler for liquid chromatography consists of a polystyrene divinylbenzene resin having an average particle size of 5 μm or less and a degree of cross linking of 50% or more and having a sulfo containing group represented by -CH-SOH (where, n represents 3-5.). An exchange capacity is 100 μmol/mL or less and an exchange capacity by the sulfo group out of the exchange capacity is 5-100 μmol/mL. |
