The present invention remote controls an electric apparatus, and easily checks results of the control. This control device has: an image pickup unit, which picks up an image, and acquires the image; a network communication unit, which transmits the image to a communication terminal via a communication network, said image having been acquired by the image pickup unit, and which receives signals transmitted from the communication terminal via the communication network; and a control signal transmission unit, which transmits to the electric apparatus, on the basis of the signals received by the network communication unit, control signals for controlling the electric apparatus. |
