EMBEDDED TOUCHSCREEN AND DISPLAY DEVICE

An embedded touchscreen and a display device. The embedded touchscreen comprises an upper substrate (01) and a lower substrate (02) that are arranged opposite, a common electrode layer (03) arranged at a side of the lower substrate (02) facing the upper substrate (01), a touch detection chip (04), multiple mutually-independent mutual capacitance electrodes (05) into which the common electrode layer (03) is divided, and multiple leads (06) connecting the mutual capacitance electrodes (05) to the touch detection chip (04). The touch detection chip (04) is used for loading a common electrode signal to the mutual capacitance electrodes (05) during a display time period and for determining a touch position by detecting variations in the capacitances of the mutual capacitance electrodes (05) during a touch time period. The embedded touchscreen obviates the need for an additional film layer, thus saving manufacturing costs and increasing manufacturing efficiency.
