PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference between a fuel injector and an intake passage and improve intake efficiency of the intake passage even if a pair of cylinder blocks is disposed into a V-shape.SOLUTION: A V-engine comprises: a pair of right and left cylinder blocks (20L, 20R) disposed into a V-shape; a pair of intake passages (90, 91) communicating with combustion chambers (31) in the respective cylinder blocks (20L, 20R); and a pair of fuel injectors (70L, 70R) injecting a fuel to the respective intake passages (90, 91), the intake passages (90, 91) crossing each other into an X-shape, branch portions being provided in intake ports (40L, 40R) of the respective paired intake passages (90, 91), and the paired fuel injectors (70L, 70R) being disposed at positions at which the paired fuel injectors (70L, 70R) can inject the fuel to the respective intake passages (90, 91) disposed in a region surrounded by parts where these intake passages (90, 91) cross each other and a valve gear chamber (63) of a cylinder head and closer to the combustion chambers (31) than the branch portions. |
