In the present invention, provided are: a 3,4-dihydroquinazoline derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which blocks intracellular influx of calcium ions, which are secondary signal transducers essential for proliferation and growth of cancer cells, so as to induce cell cycle blockage of cancer cells, thereby being capable of reinforcing efficacy of a conventional anticancer drug; and a complex preparation containing the compound and another anticancer drug.
