<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a stable state of boiler water by preventing abnormality of the same water even under a wide range of fluctuation with respect to the states such as the boiler load, supply water, blow discharged water and the like. <P>SOLUTION: This controller includes: a flow regulating mechanism 2 for supplying water to the boiler 1; a mechanism for regulating a flow of blow 3; a blow heat exchanger 4 for exchanging heat of the supplied water with discharged water of the blow ; an electric conductivity detector 5 for measuring the electric conductivity of the boiler water; a water level detector 6 for measuring the water level of the boiler water; and an arithmetic controller 7, controls the blow by allowing the output of the electric conductivity detector 5 to be an index; proportionally controls the flow of the supplied water by allowing the first control output calculated on the basis of the output of the water level detector 6 to be an index; and proportionally controls the flow of the blow by allowing the second control output which is calculated by scaled correction on the basis of the first control output to be an index. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
