摘要 Holder anchoring grooves 45 are arranged on the outer periphery of a rotor core 16 so as to extend axially. A holder arm 32 having a substantially T-shaped cross section is fitted to each of the holder anchoring grooves 45. The holder arm 32 has a main body section 41, an engaging projection 44 and magnet holding pieces 42. The engaging projection 44 is engaged with the corresponding one of the holder anchoring grooves 45. Each of the magnet holding pieces 42 includes a first contact section 46, a second contact section 47 and a non-contact area 48. A magnet containing section 43 is defined by the magnet holding pieces 42 that are located vis-à-vis relative to each other of any two adjacently located holder arms 32 and the outer peripheral surface 16a of the rotor core 16. In the magnet containing sections 43, a rotor magnet 17 is press fitted and anchored from the shaft direction. Thus, there is provided a magnet fixing structure that can accurately anchor magnets to a rotor core or the like at low cost.
