Disclosed are a system and method for changing ring-back tone, and an apparatus applied to the same. Specifically, when a terminal is located in a ring-back tone designated area where local ring-back tone is designated, the ring-back tone of the terminal is changed to the local ring-back tone, and a calling terminal, which attempts to make a call connection to the terminal, is enabled to listen to the local ring-back tone. Therefore, the location of the terminal can be identified and advertisement can be delivered through the local ring-back tone. |
