The present invention relates to a heating floor material for buildings and apartment houses, capable of continuously heating a building by forming a hollow part to include a heat source providing unit, moving hot water or emitting heat through electricity applied inside the floor material, and using a heat source providing unit having a fuel saving rate according to a user selection, and absorbing an impact from an upper body and preventing a floor noise using an impact absorbing material for a lower body. The present invention comprises: a conductor heating an indoor part by receiving heat of the heat source providing unit having at least two protruding parts protruding on an upper longitudinal direction while having a funnel shape; an upper body including a first semispherical groove part formed in a longitudinal direction, and penetrated by at least two heat providing units; an insertion hole formed inside the upper body in a longitudinal direction and into which the conductor is inserted; a protruding part protruding from a side of the upper body; a combination groove formed on an other side of an upper part; a lower body including an upper case comprising a step part protruding from both end parts of the upper body to a bottom, and an insertion step placed on the bottom of the upper case and inserted into the step part; and a lower case formed on the upper part of the lower body into a semispherical shape, facing the first groove part, and including a second groove placed to form the hollow part and the first groove part. The lower case is formed of rubber or synthetic resin materials to absorb an impact from the upper part of the upper case, and the heat source providing units are placed in the hollow part wherein a heater rod emitting heat by applied power and at least two heating pipes moving hot water are formed. |
