The present invention relates to a method for forming a compound semiconductor thin film on a glass substrate, and a solar cell using the same. The method manufactures a compound semiconductor thin film by forming a precursor through laminating elements or compounds between elements comprising a compound semiconductor in the form of multiple unit thin films and depositing the same and then by thermally treating the outcome, wherein the method controls the composition or balance of the materials comprising the unit thin film laminated during the formation of the precursor to improve the performance of the solar cell with excellent crystal formation and composition distribution. The characteristics are applied to the compound semiconductor thin film manufactured after thermal treatment. |
