FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of agriculture. The method comprises the delivery of soybeans to the point of fixed processing, loading of soybeans in a container with solid walls, bottom and an open top, placement of the container in a sealed chamber, creation of vacuum in a sealed chamber, separation of grain from soybeans under vacuum, transportation of the heap with grains and halves of soybean shells to the gravity separators. Next, the heap is divided into factions: grains and halves of soybean shells. The device comprises a container (9) with solid walls, a bottom and an open top, periodically placed in the sealed chamber (10). The chamber has an entrance door (11) and a conical shape of the upper part (12) ending with a latch (13) connected to the vacuum chamber (14). The device also comprises a vacuum-pump (15) connected by the latches (16 and 17) to the vacuum chamber (14) and the gravity separators (18) through the air duct (19) of the gravity separators (18) connected by the latches (20 and 17) to the vacuum chamber (14) and the vacuum-pump (15).EFFECT: ensured reduction of soybean damage, increased productivity.2 cl, 2 dwg |
