PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transdermal therapeutic system which can avoid problems of stability in spite of using preferable permeability of an active ingredient base, and at that time, can regulate a permeation rate thereof on a given level without needing to provide a control membrane into the transdermal therapeutic system.SOLUTION: A transdermal therapeutic system contains an occlusive back layer impervious to an active substance, a monolayer or multilayer matrix, and a peelable protective film, where the matrix or at least one of the matrix layers comprises a pharmaceutical active substance or a plurality of pharmaceutical active substances in a salt form which can be pharmaceutically used, and an alkaline-reacting oxide which can be pharmaceutically used. |
