PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an oil and fat content trapped by a grease trap to be efficiently split at low cost, low use electric power (low energy), and in a short time.SOLUTION: A grease trap includes a water tank 1, a drain pipe 3 for charging drainage in the water tank 1, and a blower 5 for feeding air in the water tank 1. The grease trap also includes a sewer pipe 8 for charging composite splitting bacteria P from the drain pipe 3 to split an oil and fat content contained in the drainage, and draining away the water with split oil and fat content into sewerage. The composite splitting bacteria P are microorganisms containing any one of photosynthesis bacteria, bacillus subtilis, white rot basidiomycete, cellulose splitting bacteria, heat actinomycetes, filamentous fungus, ligninolytic fungus, anaerobic spore-forming bacillus group and proteolytic bacteria. |
