A braking device using a fluid circulating device is provided. According to the present invention, the raking device comprises: a spherical case; a cylindrical rotary rotor which forms an annular space sealed between the case; a compressive blade formed in the rotary rotor and shields the annular space since the blade has a corresponding shape on a section of the annular space; a rotary disc part which is coupled to a circumferential surface of the case, blocks the annular space to form a compressive area between the compressive blade in accordance with the rotation of the rotary rotor, and opens the annular space to allow the compressive blade to rotate; a rotation control part which adjusts the rotary movement timing of the rotary rotor and the rotary disc part; a circulating path which circulates a fluid introduced in the annular space and discharged from the annular space in accordance with a movement of the compressive blade; and a fluid blocking device mounted in the circulating path and controls the fluid flow. |
