<p>There is provided a cosmetic composition, preferably a cream, which continually provides a renewable textured surface appearance while in a container. The cosmetic composition has at least one volatile compound, preferably a fluorocarbon, such that the volatile compound expands resulting in expansion of the cream. The cosmetic composition preferably has a viscosity from about 5,000 cps to about 500,000 cps.</p> |
