PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing machine of a building shutter capable of simplifying an installation work, reducing cost and expanding an application range.SOLUTION: A brake section 3 of an opening/closing machine includes a brake shaft 12 and a brake spring 14 for normally energizing the brake shaft 12 in a braking direction. An automatic closing device 8 includes: a forked brake opening lever 21; a base plate 22 mounted in a vertical state orthogonal to an axial direction in a space of the brake section 3; a slide plate 23 slidably provided on one front face of the base plate 22; a load applying section 24b abutting on other end side of the brake opening lever 21 when the slide plate 23 is moved so as to apply downward load; a first spring for normally energizing the slide plate 23; a lock pin; a lock plate; an oscillation regulation member; a second spring; a solenoid 30 mounted on the other front face side of the base plate 22; and a manual return wire 31. |
