PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods of integrating therapeutic protein and antibody generation and/or selection, evolution and expression in a eukaryotic host for manufacturing in a single system.SOLUTION: A method of evolution and expression of an antibody in a eukaryotic cell production host comprises: selecting a template antibody; evolving the template antibody; screening mutant antibodies; selecting an up-mutant antibody from the mutant antibodies; and expressing the up-mutant antibody. |
