<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that executes a variable display game where multiple pieces of identification information are variably displayed on a display device when start conditions are met, and generates a special game state where, when the variable display game becomes a special result, a predetermined game value is given to a player, while allowing game machines of different manufactures to perform a predetermined performance on the basis of the performance information transmitted from other game machine. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes: a performance information transmission means (performance controller 300) that transmits performance information that enables different models of game machines to recognize the type of a game event that has occurred; and a performance information receiving means (performance controller 300) that receives performance information transmitted from other game machine.
