The present invention relates to a charger capable of charging a mobile phone at a camping ground. More specifically, a seawater battery charger of the present invention comprises: a chamber (100) having buoyancy; a seawater battery electric plate (200) which is placed under a lower part of the chamber (100) by being spaced from the chamber; a plurality of fixing axes (101) at an upper side of an inner circumference of the seawater electric plate (200) being spaced from each other and connected to the lower part of the chamber (100) to be fixed; a plurality of electricity storage axes (201) on the inner circumference of the seawater electric plate (200), being spaced from each other; a carbon plate (202) on an upper plane of the electricity storage axis (201); a transformer (210) which is at the lower plane of the chamber (100) to correspond to the seawater battery electric plate (200); and a battery (220) which is separated from an upper plane of the transformer (210) and is located at an upper part of the chamber (100). Therefore, even a compact or simple device can promote usage of the seawater battery by using an electromotive force generation medium and also, the device according to the present invention can have the effect of performing charging of the mobile phone at the camping ground more easily. |
