<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest stay processing apparatus which is downsized, suppresses generation of burrs, is easy to finely adjust or set the depth and the like of a recess groove portion, and is also suitable for a large item small scale production.SOLUTION: A headrest stay processing apparatus comprises: a stationary part 20; a roll punch 30 having a grooved part 35; a holding block 40 having a roll punch holding part 45 positioned so as to face a site to be processed S5 of a headrest stay S, for holding the roll punch 30 so that the grooved part 35 is orthogonal to the tube direction of the headrest stay S, and an oscillation shaft 46 provided in an end on an opposite side to the headrest stay S with respect to the roll punch holding part 45; a pivot block 50 that pivots the oscillation shaft 46 so that the holding block 40 can oscillate in an orthogonal direction to the tube direction of the headrest stay S; a roll punch oscillating part 60 that oscillates the roll punch 30 via the holding block 40 by using the oscillation shaft 46 as a shaft center; and a shaft advancing part 70 that advances the oscillation shaft 46 to the headrest stay S via the pivot block 50.</p> |
