The present invention relates to an electronic control device for controlling steering assist current, an electric power steering system including the same, and a method for controlling steering assist current. The present invention provides the electronic control device for controlling steering assist current, comprising: a state feedback unit for determining a state variable containing pinion angular velocity information obtained by differentiating pinion angle information and pinion angle information, and steering angle velocity information obtained by differentiating steering angle information and steering angle information, determining a first state feedback gain to an N state feedback gain to allow a frequency response bandwidth of an electric power steering system to be a frequency domain containing road surface information, and calculating state feedback torque and a state feedback current value by using the state variable and the first state feedback gain to the N state feedback gain; and a steering assist control unit for determining a basic control current value through a steering assist current map through vehicle velocity and steering torque of a vehicle, calculating a steering assist current value by subtracting the state feedback current value from the basic control current value after the state feedback current value is transmitted from the state feedback unit, and generating steering assist current corresponding to the steering assist current value and supplying the steering assist current to an electric motor of the electric power steering system. |
