An integrated disaster prevention system utilizing spatial information technology, which uses Internet and wireless communications, can more rapidly and easily collect and share disaster prevention information about a disaster area in real time by using a mobile communications terminal such as a smartphone equipped with a GPS module and a camera module, or the like, thus a rescuer on the government side such as a coast guard or the like, and a rescue subject such as the general public can respond to disasters by checking the information in real time. The disaster prevention system according to the present invention can easily identify whereabouts or the number of people, related to a relief work of the rescuers on the government side such as a coast guard sent to a disaster area, or the like, in real time by using the GPS module, thus the rescue subject such as the general public can prepare against disaster by appropriately checking the same. |
