<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam valve device that can be carried out online maintenance of power generation equipment in maintenance work for a hydraulic drive system. <P>SOLUTION: The steam valve device 21 includes: a steam valve 23 having a valve element 22 for allowing or shutting off steam flow; a hydraulic cylinder 26 for driving the valve element 22; a pilot solenoid valve 31 for allowing or shutting off hydraulic fluid flow to drive the hydraulic cylinder 26; a dump valve 32 that can be opened into an open state for discarding hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic cylinder 26 or closed into a closed state for maintaining the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder 26; a rapid acting solenoid valve 33 for shutting off or allowing the hydraulic fluid flow for closing the dump valve 32; and a first stop valve 35 for shutting off or allowing the hydraulic fluid flow toward the rapid acting solenoid valve 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
