PURPOSE:To miniaturize and stabilize the electromagnetic mechanism section of an actuator by forming the core of an electromagnetic coil device with the use of a plurality of cores having both ends connected together through a magnetic circuit, and by forming detent grooves on both sides of an opening in one of the cores. CONSTITUTION:A valve element 15 is mounted on a drive shaft 12 rotatably supported by a plurality of bearings 13, 14 in a housing 11. An electromagnetic coil device 17 is disposed facing a permanent magnet 16 secured to one end of the drive shaft 12. In this arrangement the core 18 of the electromagnetic coil device 17 is composed of a plurality of cores 182, 183 which are coupled together by means of a plurality of another cores 184, 185. Further, detent grooves 187, 188 are formed on both side of an opening formed in the first core 182, being arranged in the direction in which magnetic fluxes pass. A plurality of attaching holes 191, 192 for attaching the electromagnetic coil device 17 to the housing 11 are formed on both ends of the first core 182. |
