The present invention relates to a hybrid automatic re-transmission request feedback method in a wireless communications system and an apparatus for same. A method for HARQ feedback in a wireless communications system in base station may includes the processes of: generating HARQ feedback information with respect to an uplink data packet received from at least one terminal; performing scheduling for an HARQ feedback channel in a downlink subframe based on transmission delay time of the HARQ feedback information and a transmission beam for the HARQ feedback information; and transmitting the HARQ feedback information based on the scheduling result.
