<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accommodate to an occurrence of a trouble hard to be previously assumed. <P>SOLUTION: A troubleshooting language system includes: an instruction statement extraction unit 222 for extracting an instruction statement from a script; a device identification unit 223 for identifying an information device 110 to execute an instruction represented by the instruction statement that has been extracted from the script; an instruction statement transmission unit 224 for transmitting the instruction statement to the identified information device 110; and an execution command transmission unit 226 that, after having transmitted the instruction statement to all devices, transmits an execution command for commanding the execution of the instruction to all the devices.
