<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base film of a transparent conductive film, which can improve visibility of a transparent conductive layer of the transparent conductive film and suppresses precipitation of an oligomer.SOLUTION: The base film of a transparent conductive film for a touch panel comprises a substrate film (A) having a refractive index (na) of 1.61 to 1.70, and at least on one surface of the substrate film (A) and successively from the substrate film (A), a resin layer (B) having a refractive index (nb) of 1.61 to 1.75, a hard coat layer (C) having a refractive index (nc) of 1.61 to 1.80, and a low refractive index layer (D) having a refractive index (nd) of 1.50 or less and a thickness of 5 to 60 nm. The refractive indices (na), (nb) and (nc) satisfy all of the following expressions (1) to (3). They are (1):-0.02≤(nb-na)≤0.05, (2):-0.02≤(nc-nb)≤0.05, and (3):|nb-{na+(nc-na)/2)}|≤0.02.</p> |
