The present invention provides a lateral buffering material characterized by including a body (100) having a lower part joined to the top of a slab layer (10) and a rear surface joined to a lateral surface of a wall (50) in a height direction, an adhesive unit (110) formed on the rear surface of the body (100), a release paper (120) attached to a rear surface of the adhesive unit (110), and a pre-cutting unit (101) formed on the top surface of the body (100) and cut at a predetermined width from the rear surface of the body (100) in a longitudinal direction and a construction method of the lateral buffering material. The present invention is capable of preventing floor noise by improving acoustic isolation performance, reducing a construction period, saving construction cost, and obtaining excellent cleanliness and appearance of the wall surface. |
