PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device for making both compatible in securing strength and reducing weight.SOLUTION: A vibration control device 100 comprises a first transmission member 30 connected to a pair of outside plates 12 and 13 and a second transmission member 40 connected to an intermediate plate 14. The first transmission member 30 comprises fitting pieces 32 and 33 extending between opposed parts 12b of the pair of outside plates 12 and 13 and a sleeve penetrating through the fitting pieces 32 and 33. The sleeve is installed in a clearance of the opposed parts 12b of the pair of outside plates 12 and 13. An intermediate part of the sleeve penetrating through the fitting pieces 32 and 33 is welded to the fitting pieces 32 and 33. The sleeve and the opposed parts 12b of the pair of outside plates 12 and 13 are connected by a connection member 37. |
