PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which reduces engagement pressure, prevents the displacement of a rim at traveling, and can improve steering stability.SOLUTION: A heel cut part 31 which is linearly processed in a cross section is formed at a heel 3H of a bead part 3, a base face 32 of the bead part 3 is constituted of a two-stage tapered part composed of a heel-side portion 32a and a toe-side portion 32b which are different in angles with respect to a tire width direction, an inclination angle α with respect to the tire axial direction of the heel-side portion 32a is set within a range of 14° to 20°, an inclination angle &bgr; with respect to the tire axial direction of the toe-side portion 32b is set larger than the inclination angle α within a range of 11° to 20°, and an inclination angle γ with respect to the tire axial direction of the heel cut part 31 is set within a range of 45° to 55°. |
