PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the pin in a connector and a connector set.SOLUTION: A connector 20 includes a pin 28, and a through hole 25a for passing the pin 28, a cover 25 displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the pin 28, and a biasing means 31 for biasing the cover 25 in a direction from the root 28b toward the tip 28a of the pin 28. When there is no mating connector 8, the cover 25 is located at the tip 28a of the pin 28 by the biasing force of the biasing means 31, and when connecting with the mating connector 8, the mating connector 8 displaces the cover 25 while resisting against the biasing means 31, and exposes the pin 28 from the through hole 25a. |
