<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic platform folding device in a vehicular lift device which achieves high quality, robustness, and cost reduction or the like meeting demands of times. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicular lift device includes: a four-bar linkage which is pivotally supported on a base installed on a vehicle and rises and falls by a power source; and a platform which is freely capable of rising and falling while being supported at the lower end of a side frame of the four-bar linkage, and also is elevated and lowered while being held in a fixed posture. The platform is composed of a main platform whose front end is pivoted at the lower end of the side frame so as to be freely capable of rising and falling and which protrudes horizontally rearward, and a sub-platform which is pivotally supported at the front end of the main platform so as to be freely capable of rising and falling and protrudes horizontally forward. When the main platform and the sub-platform are retracted, the main platform and the sub-platform are automatically folded into two by links equipped on the main platform and the sub-platform, respectively, operated by a relative moving force between a lower link and the side frame facing each other of the four-bar linkage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
