Disclosed is a rail track control apparatus for controlling a rail track including multiple track sections through which a train passes. The rail track control apparatus includes: a first axle counter which obtains first axle counting information including the wheel counting number and a driving direction of a train passing through a first point of a certain track section; a second axle counter which obtains second axle counting information including the wheel counting number and a driving direction of a train passing through a second point of the track section; and a control unit which processes the first axle counting information and the second axle counting information, and obtains and outputs track section state information including the number of wheels of a current train in the track section. |
