MULTILAYERED ACTUATORS, SENSORS WITH PIEZOELECTRIC POLYMERS AND ELECTRODES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a transparent multilayered actuator using a PVDF-based polymer and a graphene electrode. A multilayer formed by folding an electrode in a zigzag manner on either an upper surface or a lower surface of a PVDF-based polymer film of one constant-length layer. The actuator can be manufactured to have a thin thickness in order to lower a driving voltage, and to secure transparency at the same time. Therefore, the actuator can be used as a haptic feedback device for a screen of a flexible display device.
