CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF RCC DAM USING THE PC PANNEL

The present invention relates to a construction method for a roller compacted concrete (RCC) dam using a PC panel for surface treatment, and a manufacturing method of a PC panel for surface treatment of an upper surface and a lower surface of the RCC dam and, more specifically, relates to a construction method for the RCC dam using a PC panel for surface treatment and a manufacturing method of a PC panel for surface treatment capable of constructing a dam without limiting to a cross-section shape of the dam, facilitating construction management and maintenance management of the dam, and improving the appearance of the dam. According to a proper aspect of the present invention, the construction method for the RCC dam using a PC panel for surface treatment comprises: (a) a step of constructing a panel base to form a filler groove on an upper surface on a bottom of the dam to be constructed; (b) a step of fitting the PC panel forming the upper surface and a lower surface of the dam into the filler groove of the panel base at fixated intervals, and erecting the PC panel by filling the same with a filler; (c) a step of rotatably connecting one end of a rod arm to a rear surface of the PC panel by a connection metallic material to install a rod arm to be able to rotate, including a mounting plate on an other end of the rod arm; (d) a step of placing concrete to construct a dam into a space between the PC panels on the upper surface and the lower surface on both sides at a fixated height; and (e) a step of connecting the PC panels with a same predetermined height, and repeating steps (c) and (d).
