Disclosed are a method for controlling a screen change, and a terminal device for performing the same. The method of controlling a screen change according to the present invention comprises the following steps: sensing a tilt in a space of a terminal device (100); displaying an execution screen of the terminal device (100) in an original direction when a sensor (101) is locked; and changing the direction of the execution screen of the terminal device (100) depending on the tilt in the space, sensed by the sensor (101) when the sensor (101) is unlocked. According to a screen change control technology of the present invention, a screen change is controlled depending on whether a gravity sensor is used or not (locked/unlocked), thereby reflecting intention of a user to display an execution screen of a terminal device. |
