PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle accident situation prediction device and vehicle accident situation prediction system that accurately predict a degree of injury of a crew member in vehicle accidents on the basis of accident information to be transmitted from a vehicle accident notification device, and enable a prediction of an accident situation.SOLUTION: A vehicle accident situation prediction system 1 has: a vehicle accident notification device 2; and a vehicle accident situation prediction device 3. The vehicle accident notification device 2 has: an urgent notification ECU 20 that is vehicle accident detection means for detecting occurrence of a vehicle accident, and a communication device 27 that transmits an urgent notification signal and accident information 2a to a management center 30. The vehicle accident situation prediction device 3 has: a reception unit 33 that is installed in the management center 30, and receives the accident information 2a to be transmitted from a plurality of vehicles when a vehicle accident occurs; a weight identification unit 35 that identifies a weight of the vehicle; a deceleration identification unit 34 that identifies deceleration of the vehicle; and an estimation unit 31 that estimates a degree of injury of the crew member of the vehicle on the basis of the weight of the vehicle and deceleration thereof. |
