PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building of a nuclear power plant capable of keeping the soundness, even if an accident of coolant leak from a reactor pressure vessel occurs due to an unexpected event in a BWR, a containment vessel is filled with a high-pressure vapor and a material containing a radioactive material, and a reactor building is also filled with them.SOLUTION: A combustible gas discharge facility 501 is laid in each building. A waveform plate drier 331 of the combustible gas discharge facility 501 releases water vapor having a high latent heat to the outside to exhaust the heat in a space. The moisture having dropped into the space absorbs the heat in the space to become water vapor, and the water vapor is released to the outside. |
